Destinations

The standard parcel service covers the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC, plus eligible addresses in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are excluded. Spanish islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and Madeira require a separate service quote. Other destinations and carrier-excluded postcodes are not covered by these rates.

Prices below are in USD. If another currency is offered, checkout displays the converted amount. European standard delivery has no free-shipping threshold.

Only verified standard parcels qualify. Bulky items, excluded addresses and unverified packaging require a separate quote.

US free standard shipping

Free standard shipping applies when the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts is at least US$149, excluding shipping and taxes, and the complete eligible parcel is no more than 1 kg. All items must qualify for the verified standard parcel service. Priority, oversized and separately quoted shipments are excluded.

Weight & oversized items

Rates use verified packed and billable weight, not just the bare product weight. Carriers may use dimensional weight. Packaging dimensions and gross weight are being checked using samples. Unverified products, parcels over 2 kg and oversized parts require a separate quote and cannot use these standard rates. Mixed or multi-parcel orders must have their combined packing and charges confirmed before payment.

Delivery estimates

US standard transit is estimated at 6–12 business days; US priority at 5–8 business days; European standard at 6–10 business days. These are carrier transit estimates after dispatch, excluding order preparation and customs delays. They are not guaranteed arrival dates. Processing times will be confirmed before products become available to order.

Taxes & import charges

The listed shipping prices do not include VAT, duties, customs processing or other import charges. Applicable charges and who pays them must be disclosed before payment; ordering will remain disabled where the delivery service or total charges cannot be confirmed. The current European small-parcel channel is limited to consignments with a declared goods value of €150 or less. Higher-value consignments require a different service and quote. Customs declarations must reflect the actual goods and value.

Tracking & delivery issues

Tracked services will provide a tracking link after dispatch. Check the delivery address carefully. For a delayed, damaged or missing parcel, retain the packaging, tracking details and photographs. The dispatch process will be confirmed before sales open.
